Professional Learning is the means by which teachers, administrators, and other staff acquire, enhance, and refine the knowledge, skills, practices, and dispositions necessary to create and support high levels of learning for all students.
Purpose:
To provide leadership, technical assistance, and resources to the Georgia education community in order to improve student learning through organizational development and professional learning.
GaDOE Grant Opportunities
Periodically, funding is available for the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) to award to districts and schools in the form of grants. This solidifies our commitment to service and support where students have the resources and tools to succeed and be prepared for life. In an effort to streamline communication and create a consistent application process, GaDOE has a webpage with all grant opportunities in one convenient location. This webpage contains a list of open grants including grant overviews, contact information, application due dates, links to Request for Application (RFA) documents, links to applications, and grants coming soon. Access and apply for open grants through the navigation bar above or here.
